Light in color, this bottling shows lemon rinds, orange blossoms, lime zest, wet concrete and the slightest hint of petrol on the nose. The flavors are very rounded and botanical in nature, with gin-like touches of lime skin, apple blossom and a sweet juniper touch. It offers great tension and acid.
