Dablon 2017 Pinot Grigio (Lake Michigan Shore)

This is golden in color. White pepper, pollen, freshly cut grass and hay are joined by apricot skins and a subtle almond tone on the nose. Zippy zesty acidity is a little sour on the palate, in flavors of lemon pith, ripe apple, river rocks and almond. There is bitter lemon on the finish, with a slight nuttiness. Fiona Adams
