Dante Robere 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon (Livermore Valley)

Cellar Selection

Layered, rich and nicely tannic, this full-bodied wine surrounds ripe black cherry and blackberry tones with a firm, velvety texture and achieves good balance, too. Intricate nuances of nutmeg, cinnamon and tobacco keep it interesting. The wine is rather tight to drink now but should have a good future. Best after 2022. Jim Gordon
