Red cherries and tomato leaf dominate the wine's aromatic set, with a bit of allspice hovering in the background. There's not a lot of fruit showing on the plate, perhaps some muddled raspberries to go along with notes of coconut, aged balsamic vinegar and a slightly waxy flavor that reminded me of candy corn.
