D'Arenberg 2002 The Coppermine Road Cabernet Sauvignon (McLaren Vale)

Shows very nice, bright, red cherry aromas, while substantial red plum fruit drives the bass on the palate. My quibble here is with the dry, woody mouthfeel, which may resolve itself with 2–3 years of cellaring. Try after 2008.
