Dark Star 2001 Anderson Road Cabernet Sauvignon-Syrah (Paso Robles)

Nice and fruity in cherries, plums and blackberries, and with drier, more complex notes of roasted coffeebean and Asian spices. Overall, this is a dry, layered wine, with a fair amount of gritty tannins.
