Dashe Cellars 2003 Cabernet Sauvignon (Alexander Valley)

Dashe is a solid Zin producer, and this is the first Cabernet from them that I've reviewed, so it's nice to report how good it is. It's a dry, soft, earthy wine, with lots of new oak, and it's also young. The tannins and acids are a bit strong right now. Give it a few years, and it will come around.
