David Hill 2010 Winemakers Cuvée Pinot Noir (Willamette Valley)

Case production was cut in half in 2010, but it's a better wine. Compelling scents of root beer open into a fruit-filled Pinot with black cherry and cassis, coffee and licorice. The flavors run deep and true; it's both delicious and complex. Paul Gregutt
