David Hill 2019 Estate Pinot Gris (Willamette Valley)

Scented with a fresh sea breeze saltiness, this is an elegant wine with mineral highlights around light fruit flavors of kumquat and other citrus. Despite the overall elegance, the flavors persist deep into the palate and through the finish, with a refreshing trail of wet stone. It was aged in a 50-50 mix of oval oak cask and stainless steel. Paul Gregutt
