A blend of 35% Chenin Blanc, 23% Roussanne, 15% Clairette, 19% Viognier and 8% Sémillon, this is dense and softly toasty upfront, with seductive notes of baked apple, pressed yellow flowers, dried orange peel, straw and lanolin. The palate is similarly lush and decadent, though with an ample seam of acidity to keep it all in check. Drink now–2022.
