Day 2021 Deep Blue Pinot Noir (Willamette Valley)

Cellar Selection

Deep Blue is a blend of seven biodynamic/organically farmed Willamette Valley vineyards, including Momtazi and Johan. It has briary boysenberry and blueberry aromas, along with leather, petrichor and wet-grass notes. The wine's grippy tannins suggest a need for decanting before flavors such as raspberry, blueberry sorbet and white-grapefruit pith come out to play. A portion of Deep Blue's profits go to organizations that promote ocean restoration. Enjoy from 2023 until 2033. Michael Alberty
