This fresh and frisky 60% whole cluster blend of 83% Pinot Noir, 13% Pinot Meunier and 4% Pinot Gris was aged a mere three months in a combination of stainless steel and neutral French oak. The wine's aromatic set is earthy and wild, with blackcap raspberries, fresh-cut hay, burlap and lemon verbena drifting up from the glass. Flavors like hibiscus tea and strawberry fruit leather dominate, while lavender soda and lemon peel play in the background. A clean, lively mouthfeel with juicy acidity. Michael Alberty
