This wine features an appealing plumpness and custardy texture from lees contact while in barrel, but not much in the way of overt oakiness. Instead of toast and crème brûlée, there's more of Chardonnay's citrusy side on display here, ranging from lemon and lime to tangerine. Drink now–2012.
