A better-balanced wine than the same producer's Cuvée des Caudalies, this blend of 60% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir and 10% Pinot Meunier has aromas of toast and butter that lead to flavors of ripe pears and freshly baked bread. The finish leaves a delicious fresh, crisp, acid taste. This bottle was disgorged on 7/3/2002.
