Deau Artisan Cognac VSOP

Topax color and sickly-sweet aromas of honey, apple juice, and clover. Not much flavor up front, a hint of sweetness, finishing into burnt caramel and oak, and alcohol bite. This spirit improves with a little time to open, showing a richer, more raisiny fragrance and a marzipan-like finish. Medium body. Kara Newman
