A bouquet of baked apples, pear and burnt brown sugar kicks it off. Next comes a soft palate of pineapple, papaya and lemon, and then a finish of apples and white pepper. Lovely flavors and plenty of depth push it forward. However, the bead is so light that the wine goes flat in the glass.
