Picking up old gold color, and a complex aroma suggesting baked pie crust, macaroon, creme brulee, peach and roasted hazelnut. Flavors are picking up aged wine notes of dried autumn leaves and herbs. Finshes dry and a little bitter. Roussanne is 65 percent of the blend and the rest if Marsanne.
