Delectus 2009 Petite Sirah (Spring Mountain District)

One of the few Petite Sirahs bearing this prestigious mountain appellation, this wine has benefited from being held back four years before release. It's achieved a softness that makes it drinkable now despite bold tannins. The chocolate, black cherry jam and teriyaki beef flavors are just delicious.
