Delectus 2010 Boulder Falls Cabernet Sauvignon (Knights Valley)

Blackberry and cherry pie, chocolate, anise and caramelized oak flavors mark this Cabernet Sauvignon. The tannins are complex, yet silky enough to make the wine drinkable now. This is the type of Cabernet that dazzles for sheer luxury, and will pair well with Cabernet-friendly fare. But it's too soft and direct to age.
