Barrel toast rises on the nose of this cloudy, still youthful wine, still somewhat to be determined in complexity and nuance, yet undoubtedly impressive on the nose and palate. Delicious acidity is at its core, supportive of its sharp, crispness of apple, richer tones of creme brûlée and exotic foundation.
