It's always fun to taste the past, and this decade-old bottling is magical. An orange shade of pink in the glass, it begins with creamy aromas of orange soufflé and nectarine that are complemented by touches of clean yeast and warm bread. The bubbles are powerful on the sip, showing tart plum and orange-rind flavors. The acidity is strong but balanced.
