Deret VS Cognac

The bouquet is appealingly fruity and develops with notes of green melon, banana, sultana, light spice, green grapes and pear. The opening taste is toffee and baked pear-like; then at midpalate the flavor loses the fruit component and accents oaky resin. Concludes flimsy and too intensely resiny/woody. P.P.
