Destileria Porfidio Single Cane Rum

Opening aroma owns a distinct, bitter aroma of green olive; aeration introduces atypical aromas such as sea air, green peppercorn and steamed broccoli, especially. Palate entry is bitter going on semisweet and vegetal/grassy rather than sugary; by midpalate, the taste offers bittersweet and oily cane-like flavors. Ends grassy and green. Worked for me. P.P.
