Devaux NV Ultra D Extra Brut (Champagne)
The long aging on lees before disgorgement gives the “D” range of Devaux Champagnes an extra depth of flavor. In this very low-dosage wine, it brings out the ripe grapes that balance the dryness of the wine. Acidity contrasts with the apple and crisp pear flavors to produce a balanced wine. Roger Voss
