Di Arie 2011 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon (El Dorado)

This was the most exciting vintage in a mini-vertical of Di Arie Cabernets. It is an excellent quality, complex and concentrated wine that offers great structure, classic varietal flavors and tasty oak spices. Fine-grained tannins wrap up black-cherry and cola flavors that grow on the palate and linger on the finish. Jim Gordon
