Di Arie 2012 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon (El Dorado)

This is a very well-developed, maturing wine that's smooth in texture, nicely evolved in aroma and still generously fruity. Black-cherry and currant notes are wrapped in soft tannins while cedar and baking spices swirl through it. Jim Gordon
