Dion 2018 Pinot Noir (Chehalem Mountains)

This estate-grown wine is packed with Pinot power. Scents and flavors open with strawberry leaves and Bing cherry fruit, backed by grippy tannins. The herbal side of the grape is much in evidence, but balanced throughout. It spend just under a year in 18% new French oak. Paul Gregutt
