Dionystic 2021 Albus Alvarinho (Laurelwood District)

The fruit is muted on the nose, so I recommend decanting this wine. There is a bit of ripe melon that's been drizzled with lime juice, as well as aromas of a clean sea breeze and golden pepperoncini. The wine's acidity is modest, with flavors like a dandelion tisane served with lemon and honey. Michael Alberty
