Dobbes Family Estate 2019 A Blooming Hill Vineyard Riesling (Chehalem Mountains)

Just a notch up from bone-dry, this features excellent texture and a mixed palate of lemon, lime, grapefruit and pineapple, with skin and flesh flavors equally mixed. They penetrate deeply into and through the finish, with excellent concentration. Though dry, it would be an interesting wine to age awhile to see how those flavors develop. Paul Gregutt
