Doffo 2019 Concrete Fermented Viognier (Temecula Valley)

Editors' Choice

This concrete-fermented Viognier is easily one of the best white wines to emerge from this region in recent years. Clean and crisp aromas of Asian pear flesh, lime zest, honeysuckle and chalk lead into a tight palate of wet gravel, ash, apple blossom and more pear flesh. The texture lingers long into the finish.
