A scented lift of dried lemon peel and crushed chamomile gives headiness and intensity to the wine from the beginning. Although the palate is rich with mellow apple and juicy peach, the generous body tapers towards a bright, central vein of citrus freshness. The beginnings of balm-like texture are aleady there and will deepen with time. On the finish it is dry and intense. Anne Krebiehl MW
