The vineyard of La Combe d'Orveau is situated in the southern end of Chambolle-Musigny, within sight of Clos de Vougeot. This 2004 is quintessential Chambolle—rich, opulent, yet full of sensuous elegance. The wine is vibrantly red, layered with acidity, a delicious mouthful of bright fruit that will certainly age into something splendid.
