Domaine Berthelemot 2018 Noizons (Pommard)

Once the reductive funk has blown off on this wine's nose, cherry with darker highlights of elderberry appears. The palate has creamy, cherry-fruited roundness, smooth and bold yet bordered by vivid freshness. Firm tannins are mollified by this creaminess and are well on their way to becoming velvety. The wine is a blend of elegance and richness. Anne Krebiehl MW
