This producer does not believe in much oak aging (in this case 3%), but even that small amount brings out richness while leaving the delicious fruit right in place. From one of the top, ripe premier crus in Chablis, this wine is rich, creamy while never losing the proper tang of citrus and bright acidity. Drink from 2019.
