Domaine Bott-Geyl NV Absolut Extra Brut Sparkling (Crémant d'Alsace)
Chamomile headiness reaches the nose first, followed by lemon purity and a hint of shortbread. The palate of this wine comes in with subtle suggestions of dried citrus rind and white currant, all with a pithy concentration. Very fine foam swishes with creaminess and elegance, accenting that citrus-laden freshness with each tiny burst. Gorgeous and complex, the wine has a long, bone-dry finish. Anne Krebiehl MW
