A white Pinot Noir made from estate-grown grapes, this is a curious wine and perhaps an acquired taste, though it has found its fans via the winery. Akin to Chardonnay in its expressions of crème brûlée, tropical fruit basket and tangy apple, this wine is textured, bright in acidity and touched by oak.
