Cutting minerality and zesty lime and lemon flavors collide in this full-bodied but vibrant blend of Roussanne (50%), Clairette (25%) and Grenache Blanc (25%). Fermented and matured in 30% new French oak, it's an ample, lusciously textured wine etched by salty tangs of sea breeze. Drinks beautifully already, but it should develop complexities well through 2030. Anna Lee C. Iijima
