This white blend of Sémillon, Sauvignon Blanc and Assytriko starts with a lovely nose of fresh white flowers and citrus, followed by clean, refreshing flavors of citrus and spice on the palate. The wine offers depth but still maintains the balanced acidity and crisp finish that makes Greek wines so great to pair with food. Think grilled fish, olives, capers.
