Chevalier's second white wine reflects some of the glory of the first. It has a Sauvignon-dominated flavor, certainly with herbaceousness. But the fruit is ripe, full in the mouth, a teasing combination of green fruits, kiwi fruit and wonderful juiciness. With its edge of minerality, it could age for 2–3 years.
