Fruity with enough tannins to give support, this ripe wine has filled out well. Black currant and spice from wood dominate, leaving juicy acidity as the attractive aftertaste. François Bouquier bought this property in 1939. Grandson François now runs the property: 60% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Cabernet Franc on 40 acres.
