It's basically one-third each Grenache Blanc, Roussanne and Viognier, but the Viognier speaks loudest in the finished wine. Apricot and peppery-gingery spice notes mark the nose, while the texture is bolstered by Viognier's phenolic content without becoming bitter. Drink now through 2015.
