Warming notes of cedar and spice mingle into juicy blackberries and plum in this potent, penetrating wine originating from the sun-drenched plateau of Gigondas. A bold proportion of Mourvèdre accentuates its deep, concentrated character, but sunny acidity and a clean mineral backbone lend balance. Approachable already but should improve through 2026 and hold further. Anna Lee C. Iijima
