From vineyards around the town of Rochecorbon on the banks of the Loire, this beautifully balanced wine is dry while full of honey and almond flavors. It is cut by the intense acidity of Chenin Blanc, just showing signs of developing toasty flavors. The aftertaste emphasizes green and citrus fruits.
