Domaine Divio 2017 Crémant Vintage Brut Sparkling (Willamette Valley)

Though not labeled as a sparkling rosé, this qualifies as such, with a pretty coppery hue and a mix of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes. Along with defining minerality it shows crisp apple fruit with lighter notes of watermelon and strawberry. Aged 32 months on the lees and disgorged in November 2020, it's a zesty, fresh tasting Crémant with a fine, penetrating effervescence. Paul Gregutt
