92pointsDomaine du Moulin de Dusenbach 2016 Grand Cru Kaefferkopf Gewurztraminer (Alsace)

Subdued notes of sun-ripened pear and russet-pear peel on the nose are pervaded by fresher hints of tangerine peel. The palate is a balanced synthesis of juicy pear and peach alongside Mirabelle plums. These notions are boosted by medium sweetness but balanced by texture and freshness. The finish is dominated by a surprisingly pure note of rose petal. Anne Krebiehl MW
