Domaine Fernand Engel 2016 Blanc de Noir Pinot Noir Dosage Zero Sparkling (Crémant d'Alsace)

Notes of fresh and baked yellow apple join notions of buttery shortcrust pastry on the nose of this wine. This generosity and richness becomes fully fledged on the creamy palate where fine foam underscores the creaminess. The finish is bone dry. This wine is perfect for an aperitif in winter and even better with food. Anne Krebiehl MW
