Domaine Fernand Engel 2016 Brut Chardonnay (Crémant d'Alsace)

The nose is shy and has an earthy edge. The flavors on the palate are gently fruited and suggest faint lemon and yellow apple. The mousse is lively and fresh but overall this remains a little subdued. The finish is clean, dry and fresh. Anne Krebiehl MW
