Ripe red apple notes appear first, joined by a lovely touch of yeast. The palate is fresh and creamy and has a salty edge. Fresh fizz tends to creaminess but the finish accentuates the utter freshness and really dry, appetizing aftertaste with a lovely, yeasty edge.
