Domaine G. Metz 2016 Vieilles Vignes Riesling (Alsace)

The nose is subdued but has a floral aspect. The palate, while fresh, slender and dry, seems to have a bitter element that gets in the way of the clean citrus notes. There is some concentration and a zesty lemony finish. Anne Krebiehl MW
