Domaine Jayer-Gilles 2007 Bourgogne Hautes Côtes de Nuits

There are plenty of dry tannins here, dominating light red berry and hedgerow fruits. It is never going to be a big wine, but the tannins should soften in a year to leave a fresh, fruity wine. Roger Voss
